Community Rehabilitation Center offers the following services:

Outpatient Treatment

Drug rehabilitation services which are provided on an outpatient basis are readily available to addicted people who have circumstances which prevent them from being able to take part in an inpatient rehab center. An outpatient substance abuse treatment program provides many of the same services as an inpatient program, but allows for flexibility as opposed to an inpatient drug or alcohol rehab facility where the person is expected to stay and reside at the treatment program until the treatment process is complete. Outpatient drug or alcohol treatment is also offered for those who have completed residential or inpatient treatment but also need a thorough aftercare program which will provide further support and therapy to help them avoid relapse.

Co-Occurring Mental with Substance Abuse Issues

Persons with co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders must address both issues if there is any hope for them to recover completely. Some individuals take drugs to alleviate symptoms of mental health problems, and some people take drugs which then, in turn, creates symptoms which mimic mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety. Addiction treatment professionals know how to distinguish between the two, and can work with clients to correctly treat real mental health conditions in tandem with any other substance abuse treatment that is done with the individual. This has proven to be effective in keeping individuals with mental health disorders off of drugs and alcohol and mentally stable and happy.

Specialized in Hiv/Aids Patients

It is not uncommon for persons with HIV/AIDS to end up in a substance abuse rehabilitation facility in search of help for serious addiction problems. Sometimes people who abuse drugs and alcohol are predisposed to such diseases due to certain circumstances which afflict the drug culture such as sharing dirty needles to inject drugs or becoming involved in risky sexual behavior because of lowered sexual inhibitions caused by drug use. Persons with HIV/AIDS deserve effective rehabilitation just like any otherwise healthy addicted person. Drug and alcohol treatment centers that accept and cater to persons with HIV/AIDS offer specialized care to address any health issues that may come up in the course of treatment. This way, any physical barriers to rehabilitation are resolved so that they can overcome their addiction once and for all.

Self Pay (Out of Pocket)

Self payment drug and alcohol rehab programs are a great alternative to other types of rehabilitation programs i.e. private medical insurance and state funded programs. People who are capable of attending self payment programs pay for their entire treatment process out of pocket. Keep in mind though, this does not mean that they will not have access to financial assistance if needed. It just means that self payment is their primary method of covering the cost of their substance abuse treatment program. To learn more about self payment programs, contact a substance abuse treatment center and inquire as to their payment options. It is beneficial to contact several programs so that you have an understanding of your choices with regards to rehab options and payment options.

Medicaid Coverage

Medicaid is a type of health insurance which is offered to individuals in certain low-income tax brackets. Eligibility for Medicaid is dependent on income and other factors including whether or not the individual has dependents and if they receive any other assistance. Medicaid may even cover the costs associated with drug treatment, and there are many drug treatment centers throughout the country which are covered through Medicaid. Many drug rehabilitation facilities which are covered through Medicaid may only deliver a limited treatment curriculum and may only deliver such treatment on a short term basis, usually 30 days or less. People who have Medicaid should research which programs cover the greatest amount of treatment for the most amount of time to acquire the full benefits of such a program.

Medicare Coverage

Drug addiction and alcoholism affects many older Americans and seniors, and this issue continues to grow as each year passes. Seniors who are covered by Medicare, an insurance plan funded through the federal government for Americans in this age bracket, can use their Medicare benefits to receive treatment services for addiction at a variety of drug and alcohol rehab facilities around the country. Medicare covers both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation facilities, and seniors who wish to receive help can consult with their primary care physician to choose a rehab program covered by Medicare which would be suitable for them.

Private or Personal Health Insurance

When an individual is abusing drugs or alcohol and is looking for help, many effective substance abuse rehabilitation programs accept private health insurance. Whereas some outpatient and short term programs accept private health insurance, far more beneficial drug or alcohol rehab facilities which provide an inpatient or residential stay for at least 90 days are also an available option. These treatment programs which accept private health insurance can vary in terms of treatment curriculum, but those clients who are covered by private health insurance are fortunate enough to have financial assistance when it comes to paying for a drug rehab facility. For additional information, consult with an addiction specialist at a substance abuse rehab facility in your area to find out which programs your private health insurance will cover.

Income Based Payment (Sliding Scale)

Paying for drug rehabilitation can be a challenge, because typically all resources have been exhausted because of their addiction. Many drug rehab programs fully grasp this fact which is why many drug treatment facilities across the nation provide payment options known as a sliding scale fee. There are various variables put into the equation of determining what the fee will be from person to person, and these factors are based on individual circumstances such as income, cash on hand, living circumstances, the size of one's family etc. Sliding scale fees have been in use for some time as most drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities would prefer to find a way to make it work financially so that those that need addiction help can get the help they need.
